OK...take it or leave it... There are some who read here who know what this article is talking about first-hand, either by experience or observation. Dylan himself says he does not know how some of these tunes/lyrics came to him. This article mentions "The Band" too. I have spent some time with their drummer Levon Helm and he is otherworldly for sure. Read and see what you think... anything's possible:

I am here to suggest an explanation that has, to my knowledge, never been previously offered-UFO contact. I base this on a fairly rigorous study of UFO interaction with humans and a listener's fascination with Bob Dylan that I began as a 12-year-old in 1970.

Bob Dylan stated on the 60 minute interview that he just wrote the songs and that they were not sermons.
People saw something in the messages of his work that he claims were just not there.
Dylan proclaims, that if you examine his words, that you will not find anything in them to prove that you will not find anything in them to prove that he was a spokesmen for ANYBODY or ANYTHING!
Bradly: It's ironic, you know, the way that people viewed you is the exact polor opposite of the way that you viewed yourself.
Dylan: Who is to say how long this is going to last.
Bradly: Well, it has lasted a long time for you! I mean, you are still out here, doing your songs.....you know, you are still on tour........why do do you still do it? Why are you still out there?
Dylan: Well, it goes back to the Destiny thing. I made a tough bargin with it a long time ago and I'm holding up my end.
Bradly: What was your bargin?
Dylan: To get to where I am now.
Brady: Should I ask who you made the bargin with?
Dylan: (laughing) With the Chief COMANDER.
Bradly: On this Earth?
Dylan (laughing) : On this Earth and in a world we can't see.
Bob Dylan has been nominated this year for the Nobel Prize in literature for his songwriting.
His new book has been a best seller for the past seven weeks.
It was published by Simon & Shuster, which is owned by Viacom, the parent company of CBS.
My personal belief is that 60 minutes was a set up with Dylan...that they knew exactly what they were doing in this interview. bob Dylan had not given an interview in 20 years and all of a sudden he was admiting to not being completly responsible for what came out of his music!
Bob looked depressed, in low energy and definatly not happy about being exposed and grilled in this fasion, but there was nothing that he could do about it!
This interview was another mind control check by CBS! They got Bob Dylan, a mind controlled slave of Lucifer, to admit what the sourse of his powers had been and that he was under contract to the ruler of the Earth!
This is a fact!
No one out there seem to care about what this revealing interview indicates to the entire world at large!
